The Oden is one of the most powerful weapons in Modern Warfare (and by extension, Warzone) when it comes to DPS (Damage Per Second). It is a heavy hitter, but not a lot of players choose this Assault Rifle due to its high recoil. This gun will take a bit of time to get used to, as you will need to become familiar with its recoil pattern. You can check out the recoil pattern of the Oden in our In-Depth Weapon Stats Guide. The loadout shown in this guide focuses on increasing the damage and range. The Oden, without any attachment itself, is quite powerful, but with the appropriate attachments, this weapon cuts through armor and health. You won’t have a lot of agility since mobility is not the main focus of this loadout, however, you will have fantastic range and extremely high damage.
This loadout still has a fair bit of recoil, so you will still need to exercise some manual control. Don’t worry though, it’s not that difficult and some of the attachments we recommend will help with recoil control. The optic used is exceptionally accurate. You need to rank your Oden up to level 59. You may check our guide on how to level up your weapons, battle pass tier, and player fast. You can also check the rest of the attachments along with their unlock level requirements.

Muzzle
For the Muzzle, you will need to choose the Colossus Suppressor. Usually we suggest the Monolithic Suppressor, but in this case the Colossus Suppressor is the ideal choice due to the different circumstances. It will not only suppress your shots but also give you increased damage range and recoil control. This is compared to the Monolithic Suppressor, which only gives you increased damage range and gunshot suppression.
Since we’ve already established that the Oden has quite a kick to it, the Colossus Suppressor seems like an appropriate Muzzle attachment for it. Due to its gigantic size, it does decrease your mobility slightly though. The Colossus Suppressor unlocks at level 22.
Barrel
You need to select the longest extended Barrel available for Oden, which is the Oden Factory 810mm. It will significantly decrease your ADS speed and overall movement speed. However, it compensates for that with its increased damage range, bullet velocity, and better recoil control.
It is critical that your bullet velocity is high since in Warzone, you might engage in long-ranged fights, and that is where your bullet velocity comes in to play. If you have high bullet velocity, then there won’t be any bullet drop, and you won’t need to lead your shots. The Oden Factory 810mm unlocks at level 23.
Underbarrel
Choose the Merc Foregrip as your Underbarrel for that extra recoil control and hip-fire accuracy. The reason we need increased hip-fire accuracy is slow ADS speed. You won’t be able to quickly aim down sights when in CQC (Close Quarter Combat) situations.
Some may argue that the Commando Foregrip is better, and you absolutely can go with that if you want. However, it won’t provide you with hip-fire accuracy buff - only recoil stabilization. The Merc Foregrip unlocks at level 24.
Ammunition
For Ammunition, go with 30 Round Mags since you need to have the maximum possible ammo capacity in Warzone. You will be getting into fights with multiple enemy players, and running out of ammo in the middle of a battle is the last thing you need.
This is especially important if you are playing trios and duos. The 30 Round Mags unlock at level 59.
Optic
The last attachment that you need for your Oden is the VLK 3.0x Optic, for more accuracy and range thanks to its 3.0x magnification. You can pick off targets at reasonably long distances, but the recoil will also be challenging to control at long range. You shouldn’t have many issues with the recoil at medium to slightly longer ranges.
Of course, you can choose whatever Optic attachment you prefer for your Oden, as this is a personal preference. But our recommended Optic is the VLK 3.0x Optic. The VLK 3.0x Optic unlocks at level 20.
