The footage appeared on YouTube before making the rounds among the fandom, with many assuming right off the bat that is it leaked from an actual game - it was uploaded with a seemingly nonsensical title, and was recorded with a mobile device while running on a separate screen, giving the video a leaky “found footage” sense. Showing off a main menu, traversal, shooting mechanics, a holographic weapon selection menu and the titular Mando moving through the interior of an Imperial starship, the apparently leaked footage looked very convincing....

According to a fan petition on Change.org, more than 2.1 million people have signed on to remove Heard from the Aquaman films following the controversial issues that have come to light during Johnny Depp’s trial. The petition cites the “many incidents of domestic abuse” that Johnny Depp suffered from his former wife, Amber Heard, as the biggest reason for the removal. The petition also adds Heard’s arrest in 2009 for reports of domestic abuse against Tasya Van Ree, saying that it demonstrates “a repeated pattern of abuse by Amber Heard....

What can fans expect from the Avatar MMO? The 2009 film, Avatar, is the most financially successful movie ever. The sci-fi epic was the first to gross over $2 billion and is largely credited for creating the widespread popularity of 3D in theaters. The patch fixes what were the most broken guns, by far, in the game. Prior to the latest update, players were abusing the new “bullet penetration” buff on the AS VAL 10 rounds mag. The buff didn’t work the way it was intended, and instead, players were able to shoot through multiple walls with almost full damage. These 10 round mags, in combination with the snapshot grenades, took over Verdansk, where everyone was being taken out through the walls, rocks, and mountains instantly....

Season 1 added a new map called Exposure along with updates and tweaks to the gameplay. The map featured faster and more frequent gunfights than previous levels and has been well received by audiences. Avatar: The Way of Water just reach a staggering $1 billion in ticket sales in just fourteen days after the movie premiered in theaters. The film premiered on December 16 in the US, with international screenings happening two days earlier. The movie achieved this milestone despite earning below the estimated ticket sales for its opening weekend. The second weekend of the movie showed that the James Cameron flick had massive staying power and is set to have a long theatrical run....

According to Sony’s CinemaCon panel, Bad Bunny will star as El Muerto, an underrated Spider-Man villain who is also a wrestler. The rapper/actor was at the announcement and shared that the opportunity is “amazing” and “incredible”. Sony is starting to build its Sony’s Spider-Man Universe outside of just Venom. The critically-panned Jared Leto-led film, Morbius, might not have pulled in as much as Tom Hardy’s pair of Venom outings, but the oft-delayed film was a solid attempt....

While it broke records, not everyone thinks that the second installment of the Modern Warfare reboot is that great of a game. Modern Warfare 2 received generally favorable reviews but is far from the universal acclaim of the original version which came out in 2009. Lucasfilm Games, the video game subsidiary of Lucasfilm, first announced the new Indiana Jones game in early 2021. MachineGames, the studio known for its work on the Wolfenstein games, will be its developer. Meanwhile, Bethesda Game Studios’ head, Todd Howard, will serve as the executive producer of the new Indiana Jones game. Right now, there’s not a lot of information about the new Indiana Jones game to go on. We don’t even know its official title....

Well, a new promo video for the movie teases a showdown between the two superpowered beings. In the video, Black Adam hilariously sends an SMS to Superman using a green diamond emoji. This alludes to Clark Kent’s weakness which is Kryptonite. In the short video, Black Adam asks Superman if he knows what the green diamond emoji is. Now, it appears that the British actor has finally recovered and the upcoming MCU film is set to start filming once again. Black Panther 2 has a Chadwick-sized hole to file Ryan Coogler already had high expectations to meet even if Chadwick Boseman was still around to reprise the role of T’Challa, also known as the titular Black Panther. The 2018 film was an iconic movie that featured a Black director and a predominantly Black cast....

Seven years later and it appears that Activision is ready to toe the line between controversial and viral yet again. Earlier this week, Infinity Ward took to Twitter to release the first teaser trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, revealing the game’s official logo and title. While neither came off as a shock, fans couldn’t help but take note of a couple of peculiar things that stood out from the trailer....

Killstreaks have become a Call of Duty staple, an iconic game mechanic that awards players’ performance in-game by unlocking powerful abilities with limited uses after you score a number of kills in succession. The CD Projekt RED title was projected to be the studio’s next big thing after The Witcher. Unfortunately, a botched launch delayed all the studio’s plans for it, presumably including its DLCs and tie-in anime. But, now that CDPR has patched Cyberpunk 2077 into a mostly playable state with the DLC coming soon, it’s the perfect time for the tie-in anime to drop on Netflix.
