Now that we’re only a few winks away from its premiere and things aren’t looking good for what was billed to be the DCEU’s first big win in a while. Despite earlier previews claiming it is a solid film, critics are saying otherwise. At the moment, Black Adam holds a 55% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. It’s not on par with Catwoman in terms of mediocrity but it makes it the fourth-worst DCEU film....
Much has been said about Black Adam’s box office performance. There were initial reports that the movie was set to lose $50 to $100 million at the box office. The Rock dismissed the reports and revealed that Black Adam will turn a modest profit. The superhero movie starring Dwayne Johnson initially had a budget of $190 million. This is comparable to other much more popular DC movies such as The Flash ($200 million) and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom ($205 million)....
The Enola Holmes actress recently joined Drew Barrymore for an interview where she talked about things that she wanted to do. The producer revealed that filming for Captain America 4 will start next spring and it has an excellent script. In a recent interview with Collider, Moore gave fans a quick update about the upcoming Captain America movie. “We are in pre-production,” the producer states. “We start shooting next spring. We do [have a script we’re very happy with].” Moore’s latest statement coincides with Captain America: New World Order director Julius Onah’s earlier announcement regarding the filming of the movie....
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War launched 3 days ago and the internet is currently overflowing with complaints about rampant cheating in the multiplayer mode, with aimbotting and noclipping recorded by players. According to Deadline, Conor McGregor will join the cast of next year’s remake of Road House. The classic 1980s cult action hit originally starred Patrick Swayze. In the remake, Jake Gyllenhaal will take the leading role. Joining Gyllenhaal is a smorgasbord of up-and-coming Hollywood stars such as Gbemisola Ikumelo, Lukas Gage, and Travis Van Winkle, as well as Billy Magnussen, and Daniela Melchior.
