According to Bloomberg, the canceled project was in development for three years only for financial disagreements to spell the end for the game. The development team, which is said to be composed of 100 developers, is no more. However, the report adds that a handful of employees received offers for internal transfers. Hustle is an upcoming Netflix film that stars Adam Sandler as a former basketball talent scout, Stanley Beren. Although his best days are behind him, Beren finds a young prospect to try and nurture in Juan Hernangomez, who will play the role of Bo Cruz. The current Utah Jazz player is described as a “once-in-a-lifetime player” in Hustle, albeit one that comes with several issues and baggage. In the brief trailer that we’ve gotten of Hustle, we can see Beren drilling Cruz hard to help make his dreams of coming to the NBA a reality....

James Cameron previously revealed that Avatar 2 needs to gross at least $2 billion to break even but Variety notes that the actual figure is much closer. It reports that Disney needs the Avatar sequel to gross $1.5 billion, which is $500 million less than what Cameron previously claimed and just a hundred million more dollars away from the film’s current box office take. It’s unclear why Cameron said $2 billion but he could very well have been considering other factors....

Earlier this month, Hope leaked that the classic resurgence modes and its maps, including the Rebirth Island and Fortune’s Keep, will be completely removed once Warzone 2 releases. Many players were confused about the situation as the majority has taken a huge liking to the fast-paced gameplay the resurgence mode offers....

The Polish studio went on Twitter to break the unfortunate news to fans. According to the announcement, CDPR has elected to move the work on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s next-gen versions to its “in-house development team.” The studio is now “evaluating the scope of work to be done and thus have to postpone Q2 release until further notice.” Previously, Saber Interactive had helmed the development of the project. CDPR and Saber Interactive previously worked together on the well-reviewed Nintendo Switch port of The Witcher 3....
