Just as The Walking Dead’s 11th season is about to conclude on March 27, AMC confirmed the Maggie and Negan-led The Walking Dead spin-off TV show. Eli Jorné will helm Isle of the Dead, which will revolve around the two characters venturing off to a New York City that has been “cut off from the mainland” for years. Unfortunately, Redfall still doesn’t have a release date. The last we heard was that Redfall would be delayed to late 2022, which lines up with the most recent rumor. According to a tweet from Idle Sloth, Arkane plans on launching Redfall right around Halloween in October. When is Paramount going to release Gladiator 2? Paramount first greenlit a Gladiator sequel in November 2018. The original plan was for Ridley Scott to start working on the Gladiator sequel in 2019. However, for various reasons, this never happened and the film kept getting pushed back. It wasn’t until earlier this year that we started to hear more about Gladiator 2. Even before Wonder Woman 1984 came out, director Patty Jenkins was been teasing fans about a third movie. Taking the series back to a modern setting, Battlefield 2042 is poised to do things differently than in the franchise’s past. Aside from boasting technical improvements across the board, like supporting up to 128 players in a single lobby, BF2042 will also feature a crazy mash-up mode called Portal and surprisingly no ranked modes of any kind. Like other Battlefield games recently, 2042 will be supported by additional content for years - success and popularity willing - making its life cycle much longer than the yearly release schedules that similar other franchises allow for....
Sony just confirmed that some of the best Kingdom Hearts games are coming to the second-most expensive PS Plus tier in a few days. Specifically, the Kingdom Hearts games in question are HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, both of which came out in 2017. In addition to this, the other Kingdom Hearts entries are 2019’s Kingdom Hearts 3 and 2020’s Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory....
Not to be confused with EA Dice’s Star Wars Battlefront games from the late 2010s, the original pair of Star Wars: Battlefront was a huge hit among critics and audiences alike. As spotted by Gematsu mere hours ahead of the start of The Game Awards, the PlayStation Japanese Twitter account mistakenly revealed that Square Enix will release a demo of the upcoming RPG, Forspoken, on Saturday, December 10. This would imply that Forspoken will at least be a part of The Game Awards. Naoki Yoshida, who is affectionately referred to by fans as Yoshi-P, will be at The Game Awards to play host to a special presentation....
During that span, Square Enix has released remakes and spin-offs to try and tide fans over until Final Fantasy 16 arrives. But, it appears that Square Enix is more than ready to drop FF16 already. According to Spheshal_Nick on a recent XboxEra podcast, Square Enix is open to delaying Forspoken for the second time, but it won’t be because of development issues. Apparently, Square Enix is doing this so that it can push FF16’s timeline forward....
